Android Tablet Issues

I've searched the posts and couldn't anything mentioned. I have two ONN Android tablets, one 7" version 10, 8" version 9. The MySondy app will run fine on the 8" but on the 7" the app starts then immediately crashes. I've tried forcing the stop, removing and reloading the app, and a complete erase and reloading the OS. Any suggestions appreciated.

one cause could be GPS.
Does the device have GPS?
If yes, is the GPS active?
