Firmware bug; cannot reconnect after connection lost

After the phone loses connection to the TTGO, the last will enter a condition in which no further reconnections are possible.
The BT connection actually goes on, but sometimes the TTGO does not send any info, neither it accepts any command.
This can be tested with a serial Bluetooth app.
When this happens the TTGO must be manually reset
