TTGO Local Tracking

I am searching Ballons with the MySondyGO. So i want to install a Station on my House to Track stations. At the moment i am Using a Raspberry PI but if i want to Calibrate the SDR it couldnt find GSM Station (i have one near my house).
Can i use a TTGO to Track from my House with an External Antenna ?

To track we await the work of some developers.
For now you can use the Android App or if you are able, you can take data from the serial.

And how can i import the Data to the Server from radiosondy.info to make better the Landing Prediction ?

This functionality should not be imported from radiosondy.info but from some online wind forecast services.
For now it is not planned but it can be implemented in any software that will use the API.
